You first need to sign up for Vertex online. Get an account. It's free. Then the software will populate your online catalog. You can then download it. It's free too. This whole process will take about 5-7 days.
But I don't see my model radio. What CEXX program do I need?
You need to pick the last selection in the list. "Legacy". A submenu will open up from there showing the vxd-720.
I know it's frustrating, but it's the only way. Good luck.
